"This notice describes how Scoreboards collects, uses, and protects your personal information. By using our service, you agree to the practices described below."
Name, email, and account details provided during registration or support inquiries.
The email you give to join our app waitlist, the name, email and optional message you give to join our notification list, and the name and description you send with an error report.
The mobile app creates a random device identifier on first launch. We use it to count one Player of the Match vote per device and, when notifications are enabled, to deliver them. When you vote, we store your vote with that identifier, the device's IP address and browser or app details, to prevent fraudulent voting. The app has no accounts and does not collect your name, email address, location or contacts.
If the mobile app crashes, technical details (the error, device model, operating system and app version) are sent to our error-reporting provider, Sentry. These reports do not include your IP address, your name or screenshots.
Pages visited, features used, and technical device data, collected with Google Analytics to optimize performance. Your language preference is stored in a cookie and in your browser.
We process your data to provide a seamless sports experience, including service improvements, responding to support requests, and ensuring the security of our player database.
We keep vote records and device identifiers only as long as needed to prevent fraudulent voting and to run the service, and crash reports only as long as needed to find and fix the problem. Contact requests are kept until they are handled. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, as described below.
We implement robust organizational measures to protect your data. While we use industry-standard encryption, please remember that no digital storage system is 100% impenetrable.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to remove you from our waitlist or notification list, by writing to the address below. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; see our Cookies Policy.
